Munggur wood is classified as a natural wood. Like any natural material, it responds to changes in temperature and humidity. As its moisture content is quite high, during transportation, it is possible for moisture to enter its surface and leave water imperfections. The moisture, of course, can disappear over time, which can cause stains on some surfaces. We do not recommend placing this piece of natural wood directly on carpets or rugs. No two pieces of Munggur wood are the same and you should expect a variation in tone veins, cracking with the grain pattern, and knots that are characteristic of this type of wood and make each piece unique since it comes from nature.
